Very interesting unit. Manh modes; automatic is best. Shuts off after a session. Mostly electric pulse, some massaging, nice durable unit. Ty

It's electro shocking pulses, feels pretty good. At first you think it's burning you but then you get used to it. I'm kind of a big dude and it fits perfectly around my neck. Plus it has voice responses and easy charging.

Worth the price but be aware, no moving parts. Massage is electric pulses
